Regional distributors and resellers for Certis also have the added advantage of benefitting from our expertise and experience in industry applications and system configurations. 

The following terms and conditions apply for online orders from authorised distributors and resellers.

Payment
Payment is to be made in full via TT or LC prior to delivery.

Shipping & Delivery
All products are delivered Ex Works using our preferred courier. Please allow 4-6 weeks for delivery. Some items may take longer, subject to stock levels and availability. All shipment are freight insured up to the value of $X. Accessories are not insured unless requested. We currently utilise the services of FedEx for all deliveries. Cost of delivery will be confirmed upon confirmation with a Purchase Order issued.

Returns & Replacements
No refunds will be given unless prior arrangement has been made with Certis. Refunds will be made at Certis' discretion. Exchanges and refunds will only be given where goods are faulty or wrongly described.

Damaged Goods on Delivery
It is the customers’ responsibility to check the packaging when items are delivered and not ‘sign off’ if the packaging is damaged. Acceptance of delivery may void the freight company's liability.
